We would like to thank everyone who has made Inspect.Net, Inc. part of your team. As our company grows, we will continually support those people who have supported us in the past. Our guarantee is to ensure we are always servicing our valued clients with superior service, before taking on another customer.
Mission Statement

Our mission is simple … give the client exactly what they want … as well as what they need. Inspecting is more than just looking at a house, it also involves communicating information to a client in a fair and unbiased manner. Inspect.Net, Inc. prides itself on providing full and complete disclosure, without alarming interested parties.

Company Background

Under the guidance of an accomplished and experienced inspector, Jeff Bond set out to obtain the necessary training before performing any inspections. A year of intense apprenticeship work, countless hours of study, and over 1000 inspections were performed as part of this rigorous training. Coupled with an engineering degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a general contractors license (#634650/B), this combination provides the necessary framework from which to grow a qualified inspection firm.

  Personal Notes

The priceless (in my opinion) piece of American Art to the right was created by Patricia de Jong, born & raised in the Netherlands (download from Library page, Video - Heroes.swf).

I am left speechless every time I watch (and listen) to it, enough that I am compelled to share it with every person who visits our website. Patricia's simple message rings so true when all she asks is that "every citizen live a life worthy of the sacrifice".

Whatever inspires you, seize it and live like it is your last day, remembering to give thanks as often as you can. Thank you for the wonderful lesson on what it means to be an American Patricia, not bad for an import from the Netherlands :)

Jeff and Eagle Scout son Daniel (gosu gamer) chill just long enough for a quick photo on a Boy Scouts Troop 505 outing (www.bsa505.org). Pleasant smiles in front of a camera conceal the reality of what really happens after you hike 50 miles carrying a backpack on your shoulders. Jeff's favorite quote, from the Department of Redundancy Department "May I help you with some help you may need help with?"

Kevin once again finds himself in a certain inspector's backyard (hint, not his, though rumors of personal backyard photos are in the air) during a recent brainstorming session. When not crawling under houses, Kevin can usually be found spending quality time with his wife & newborn twin boys. Kevin's favorite quote "I'm out with the boys".

John pauses for a moment to pose at a recent family event. John hails as the coolest looking, and most streamlined of the bunch, but apparantly a couple other inspectors are trying to catch up to him. John's memorable quote "in pursuing perfection, you achieve excellence".

We hope this little insight into our personal lives gives you a better understanding of how much we are committed to serving our clients with the utmost of respect. Although we all approach the job a little differently, you are always guaranteed a highly trained professional dedicated to giving you the service you deserve. At Inspect.Net, Inc. we never lose focus on our company motto:
Compare ... But Never Compromise!!!
